    Need to Trace a Plan?

    One of the roles of the The National Association of Funeral Plan Providers is to offer a Trace a Plan facility. This may help with reuniting customers with their provider. It also give details of previous providers whose ‘books’ have been taken over by other providers. We are not a statutory regulator. We are also unable to help in cases where a provider has not been authorised and is under Administration. In this case, you should contact the relevant Administrator for information.
     
    For more information about the regulatory status of prepaid funeral plans, you can visit our members’ regulator, the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). All of the NAFPP’s members are regulated to sell prepaid funeral plans, following the FCA’s regulation of the market in 2022. Our members represent the vast majority of the sector, including all the largest national providers. The FCA gives details of all authorised providers and their Appointed Representatives (ARs). You can use this information to ensure you only purchase from a reputable business which meets required regulatory standards.
