Below you will find a form which can be used to find a funeral plan. Completing this form sends an automated message to all members of the NAFPP. They will use this information to check their records, and make contact if they have a match. When you have completed the form, you will receive an automated email to confirm your search has been sent. Please check your junk or spam folders to ensure this has been received. It sends a copy of the query you have raised, so you can check you have entered all the information correctly. Our members usually make contact quickly when they think they have a match, so if you do not receive a reply within a few days, it’s unfortunately likely that they do not hold your plan.

Our ‘Find my Provider’ information might be useful if your discover your provider has been acquired by another firm.

This form will only send an email to members of the NAFPP. It should also be noted that it cannot help to trace an Over 50s Plan or other life insurance policy. These are often marketed as being suitable to pay for a funeral and it may be that you are in fact searching for this instead of a funeral plan. The Association of British Insurers (ABI) may be able to assist you with such policies.
